Frigidaire’s support describes both bucket collection and gravity-hose drainage. It calls for a 1/2-inch-or-larger hose, routed below the unit connection without kinks, because narrow hoses can clog and trigger a full-bucket condition. For storage, Frigidaire recommends draining and washing the bucket, disconnecting hoses and drying them before reuse.

Frigidaire specifies 1/2-inch or larger hose for continuous drainage and says small hoses clog easily. Source
Frigidaire seasonal-storage guidance says disconnect hoses and allow them to dry, then clean the filter and flush hoses before reuse. Source
