Privacy and site measurements
We use limited first-party measurements to understand which pages work and where the website needs attention.
Page requests
Our server records the time, client IP address, request method, page path, response status, browser user agent and content type. Query strings, search terms, referrers, cookies, authorization headers and form contents are omitted from these traffic logs. Assets, API polling and analytics delivery do not count as document views.
Estimated visible time
On the public website, a small first-party script stores random browser and session identifiers in your browser and sends page-view and cumulative visible-time updates to this website. A new session begins after 30 minutes of inactivity. Time stops accumulating while the tab is hidden. This estimates visible page time; it does not establish attention. Browser measurements and server document counts remain separate.
Retention and access
Traffic logs, timing records, their delivery ledger and analytics records expire after a rolling 60-day window, using their record dates. Daily cleanup also runs when the site has no new traffic. Access is restricted to the service operators and a read-only analytics collector. IP addresses support approximate visitor location lookup; the analytics dashboard uses private hashes for visitor estimates. Earlier missing history cannot be reconstructed.
Other website features
Saved model comparisons remain in your browser. Corrections you choose to submit are stored for editorial review. Do not include serial numbers, passwords or other personal information. Product facts, source observations and editorial records are separate from traffic analytics.
External websites
Manufacturer manuals and seller links open other websites, which apply their own privacy practices. Browser timing is delivered to this website's own origin.
